In order to claim warranty, you will need to submit a ticket to the IT help desk with the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your contact information
3. A description of the problem you are experiencing
4. Your purchase date
5. Your order number

The IT help desk will then escalate your ticket to the appropriate vendor, who will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
